Looks like something I would have - I have either walnuts or almonds in most salads. Although, I couldn't eat it dry...........

That's a sad salad, you should add some dressing lmaoooo, lemon juice is low calorie and tastes good on salads.

This really looks delicious! Do you use any dressing or oil of any kind?

looks wonderful! What type of fast were you on? I'm trying Almased for 3 days then go on to a healthy way of eating and your salad looks super!

When you are counting your 16:8 do you include the time you are asleep? I don't understand how to calculate the fast times. I saw someone that did 72 hr fast and was going to do 80 hrs next. How do you keep your blood sugar in a good range, when mine drops to the 60's I get mean, terrible headache, and nauseated. If I am counting right, I don't eat from 6pm to noon and only have 1 8oz cup of BPC which I understand does not break the fast.

Elmntl1, that depends on whether you eat during your sleep or not. If you're XX, you might want to check out Leanne Vogel's ideas about fasting and hormones. I'd been getting down to 20:4, but dialed it back once I read her stuff. (She does a few things I don't agree with, like using a lot of sweeteners which wreaks havoc on gut health. But much of her work seems solid to me.)
