im on my feet all day, pretty stressful job as high school teacher, and need to eat healthy foods and maintain new daily cycling routine of 30 minutes in a park with moderate hills for peace and beauty and meditation .having trouble loosing weight due to love of a good meal and the conversation at the table and faculty room is often full of temptation.
