I'm studying a masters and working full time while I do this. Sometimes it's hard. I must say I started not due to wanting physical changes but because losing some weight will ease a few of the symptoms I have that are related to a few chronic health issues. I was at my heaviest when I started. I weighed in at 96.6 on the first day but 95.4kg somehow on the second, so I count that as my lifelong heaviest weight. I've lost 10 kg officially then. Just trying to make my way through the next :)

Amateur runner, going through the C25K program. I have restarted once already, been doing it for about 5 weeks and I'm on week 2 but I'm noticing a lot of progress :) I've never been the best at running.

Goals:
1: 90 kg - attained on 2020/10/16
2: 80 kg - originally projected for 2020/12/19 but more probably 2021/01/16
3: 70 kg
4: 65 kg - This might be my endgame as it's close to my lowest adult weight. I don't know if I could go lower than that. I'll see how I feel like when I reach it
5: 55 kg - This is more of a fantasy that might not even be possible with my bone structure and curvy shape
