I was not in ketosis this week. The cappuccinos at the new coffee stand at work were made with low fat milk. This explains why I was getting hungrier and eating more each day. Let’s try again. With 💕.

Moopie, make your own coffee. Have you calculated the cost of the coffee you are drinking? You could buy an entire wardrobe with what you spend on coffee!

I normally do make my own, I agree it’s overpriced. Work has been extra busy this week, so I was visiting the coffee stand and today went to Star$$$. I will go back to making my own tomorrow.

Okay, you are very good. Work can do that to you. I've been retired for ten years, so am trying to remember those stressed out days.🤔❤️

I have remind myself it’s just water weight. I was still at a calorie deficit regardless of what the scale says.

I had to give up lattes when I went keto . . . but now I have HWC in my coffee - an excellent trade-off. In restaurants that only offer half-and-half, I either drink my coffee black, or add butter instead.
