Can't wait to hit the 120s. Sometimes I'm not even eating because I'm hungry but because I want something unhealthy. This past week was a bad week. I didn't work out as much as I should've and I ate more than I needed.

Moopie, I wish I could go back in time, to October 2012, and let you know what a role model you will become. You're bringing me back to yoga and getting back in tune with my body! Yoga always brought calm even through times of chaos. I can almost pinpoint the month when I stopped practicing yoga and my weight started to skyrocket.
