예전엔 계란을 매일 아침에 먹었는데, 콜레스테롤 (LDL) 때문에 연어로 최근에 바꿨고, 오늘은 연어를 다 먹고 오랜만에 계란후라이를 먹었습니다.
워낙 좋아해서, 오늘은... 달게 느껴질 정도로 맛있었습니다~ :)

I am sure, Hobodon! In January I did the "Daniel fast", which is not really a fast but a spiritually guided restriction "diet" that doesn't include any animal product. What I most missed were eggs, and they tasted great when I finally ate them again :-)

Eva, I remember. I used to buy 30 eggs (we call it one “egg plate” normally with 30 eggs), but now I buy only 10. Now I am thinking about having salmon and egg in turn. For example, 3 days salmon, 1 day egg breakfast protein pattern.
