So many late nights, I’ve had to meal prep even while wfh! Good thing I’m currently addicted to miso marinated carrots and I never get bored of rice 😋 one bowl = 400kcal. 1 for lunch and 1.5-2 for dinner (depending on breakfast and snacks). 🐣

Not at all! A cosy early night with a cup of tea sounds wonderful most nights 😊 I’m very well thank you, just missing a little self care time at the moment 💆‍♀️

It’s The Vegetarian Butcher’s Good Karma Shwarma. It’s pretty good 😋 I like lots of their products! 1/2 a pack fried, 125g rice, miso marinated carrots and fresh and pickled veg. The Mara Scottish Seaweed seasoning is what makes the rice even more awesome! 💚
