I ate a bbq-ed chicken and had mixed fruit salad. I also drank a diet coke. This is why I cannot control myself around food. Need to get better at saying NO to cupcakes. I said no no no, but a friend kept asking me to try. So I took a small bite with frosting. I think it pushed me over the carb limit. Time to be extra good today.
