How I lost my weight.
Establish high and low calorie intake days.
High calorie intake days: 3000-5000 Kcal/day
1500-2000 Kcal on days of low calorie intake
Repeat this alternately, gradually lowering the upper limit of Kcal intake.
In my case, 1500-3000 Kcal is the lower and upper limit in the end.
