ok, well from 170.whatever to 170.2 it is getting there but the struggle is real. I haven't been posting pics but thought I would try to post this one of my lunch at my desk today. I love the cup from a supplier it says "We believe in putting you first!" I need to remember that, I need to put me first :-) and do what is good for me at the time it is. In other words, I may not be 100% on a 'good' woe, BUT I am doing the best I can and being the best ME I can. I actually am my best friend. I have conversations with myself everyday and they are normally loving, caring ones although I do get frustrated with 'me' at times, I know it will all be ok, eventually :-)
