keto to Carnivore day 14: I watched "The plagues of prosperity" by Benjamin Bikman, fascinating. it explains why CICO isn't hard facts. how insulin effects every disease we know, he explains how ketones are expelled a energy and how white and brown fat can convert while on keto diet to increase our bodies fuel burning ability, how white fat is slow. etc, fascinating! as for me. I was so hungry all day, and the day before, I ended up eating more than I usually do. we'll see how that scale moves in the next few days. have a good Friday.

I do that up down up down a little more thing too. We ought to make up a little song about it, perhaps with a cha cha rhythm. Was that a YouTube video? I'd like to see it.

Trackin64 doing the cha cha! Yes, YouTube. I searched his name after finding out he's pioneering a lot of metabolism and fat research. It all makes sense. Search YouTube for that lecture, about half way through it all starts to come together. A must watch. Hopefully doing zero carb I can convert over time my white fat to metabolically active brown! Wouldn't that be nice.

baskington I disagree, I get plenty of fat, I think hunger signals are off! it could be poor sleep, stress, etc.

that can happen too! I watched the wrong video the first time but it was very eye opening for diabetics explained everything in a very easy way to understand. It is very helpful to dieters too but especially good for those that are insulin resistant. The second video was also great. I really enjoyed it.
