😯 wasn’t expecting that! I wasn’t going to weigh in but I couldn’t resist lol I’m sure the loss has something to do with dehydration. I drank almost no water yesterday 😑 I will do better today. I feel a lill hung over and woke up at 3 am (per usual) (apparently carbs don’t help me sleep either) Going to go to the gym today 💪

Carbing up this past month has hurt my health. My Rosacea is going crazy, not sleeping as well, and my joints hurt. Have a good work out and sleep well tonight!

gosh I am sorry to hear that Kim. Dawnie sorry your carbs did not help with the sleep. maybe the gym will help you feel better. exercise generally helps me

Insomnia sucks I get it. I too was up at 3 and in the gym by 3:30 AM

Keilin I will take the loss and hope it continues on this trend! Baskington I hope it helps me sleep too. It didn’t when I first started my new job almost 2 months ago but things are different now so maybe it will change. 👍👍 Can hurt to try!
