I've not been exercising due to just being too busy with a renovation taking up a lot of time. And the weight is creeping up. Today I hit 57.1kg and it is time to stop this weight creep.

So, having not needed to record my food for several months, I'm back to record and be accountable once again.

Renovation is almost done, so my running around to hardware stores etc will stop.

Time to get back on the wagon.
