Was on track with a 56.3 weight Saturday morning (yesterday), but our son visited and we had pizza, garlic bread and chocolates last night. What an enjoyable evening, but a diet blow out. I could have refused the second piece of garlic bread and refused the second slice of pizza, but I didn't. :(

But we enjoyed the evening. This morning I'm 56.8kg so it is back on the wagon from today. Once all the Christmas food is gone, it will be easier to not be so easily tempted. But I cannot bring myself to throw the treats in the bin. We are giving things away though. Our problem is we bought extra chocolates in case we got caught out needing something to give to a visitor who might bring something for us. And now we have leftovers that are too tempting.
