Well, had another blow out yesterday after a crappy argument with husband and son over trivial stuff. Turned to chocolate. Got back on the elliptical and did another half hour. All ok this morning. New Year's Day.
Thought I'd weight in and see if I can get back down to my very comfortable 55kg and stay around that.
