It's not my real weight, I did fast the whole day yesterday for the first time , so I am sure some of it is dehydration. I logged it because I want to update my weigh every day now that I am looking for my maintenance.

As I fasted all day long yesterday, I have enough calories for the next four days. 🤗💃👌 It was not really that hard as I thought, my stomach was fine, it's just the mind that is programmed to "Eat Time" like an alarm clock. 🤔

Yeah, I fasted a couple days this week, too. Felt great. :) And yeah, it really jump started a drop in water weight. But then, I had a ton of it to shed, so win-win :)

That is amazing, I feel great too! I did 38 hours, I will do another 30+ hours every Wednesday and exercising 4 days of the week and eating enough food.

If in the next two weeks I am still losing weight I will increase my calorie intake. This one is my third week of 1,700 calories.
