Hot Damn, Back on track. I knew I gained weight last weekend cause I ate a lot of no no bad things. But the rest of the week I stayed on track even more so I still lost the wight I gained AND another pound. What what. Small victories. This week I'm going to stick to my plan really well and see how much I loose by next monday.
