So annoyed that my weight is creeping up. I'm doing nothing different. I'm exercising, not every day like I was last year, but that is due to things out of my control. I'm exercising probably three or four days a week.
So I'm going to go back to recording everything I eat and try to get these two kilos off before they become five kilos.
