Well it's not as bad as I thought it'd be and I'm pretty sure most of this is water weight.

Hi Atriel, I know this doesn't make it better for you.. but you aren't the only one who binged for the past 4-5 days.. I felt awful last night.. This morning the scale told me exactly what I thought it would.. I gained 5 pounds.. arrgghhh!! I'm hoping in a few days the scale will tell me something different So today is a new day - you have joined the challenges, and ALL OF US ARE IN THIS TOGETHER! Hang in there! Today is a new day! :)
