So tired of this yo-yo weight gain and loss. I've started exercising and doing some light weights. Haven't exercised much while hubby has been in hospital but with two visits daily for 20 days I've walked a bit. Yesterday I was 57kg and ate very well through the day, trying to lose a little more but couldn't sleep last night so had some 2am snacks, not good ones. Today I'm 57.3kg. It should not be this easy to put on weight. Back on the band wagon today.
57,3 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 3,4 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 0 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

Do more weights and your body will get toned. I can't see your height but 57 doesn't seem like a lot to weigh. You might be a tiny person but maybe instead of worrying about your weight just work out and keep healthy
