Fasted all day until after 5 pm. Then attended a happy hour event. Drank two glasses of red wine and two double bourbons, but no food. Came home at 229.2. Did a blood check to see what effect the alcohol had. Got a 77 blood glucose reading and .3 mm ketones. Not worried about that last one at all, as I think that means I'm using the ketones and not wasting them. I also took the full complement of my supplements today, including the oil based ones (krill oil, vitamin D, vitamin K2, etc.) Will continue 'fasting' tomorrow.
