Last night my husband went with me to the weight room at our Rec-Plex, and it was great. I love that it’s something we can do together, but individually, and the time went by so fast. I feel sore today, but it’s a good kind of ache—not painful or feeling like my back is going to go out. And that it’s helping with weight loss/strength is the icing on the cake (still using food comparisons, though, aren’t I?!). Have a wonderful day, everyone! 😊🎈
