I have no clue how that happened. I had a spectacularly bad food couple of days, it was a very intense workout for my brain, but I don't deserve a loss this week. I can't believe I put weight on last time when I had been really good and lost when I hadn't. That doesn't mean I'm going to eat badly a lot, I know that would get me back to where I started. I think this weigh in is a bit of a relief, I was dreading what the scales were going to say.
