Disappointing 😒 weigh in. I figured I drop at least a half pound of water weight but no. Yesterday was the day from hell. So glad to be off today. I got my workout in and it went great! Squats and accessory work plus 20 minutes of cardio: 12 minutes treadmill warmup and 8 minutes of rowing machine post workout. While rowing (machine faces personal trainer spot) a trainer was training a girl on hip thrusts and dead’s with the EZ bar. I caught his eye and he smiled, gestured to her and raised his eyebrows like he was asking for my approval LOL 😂 I don’t know if you guys remember but I started with the EZ bar because I was terrified to go into the shark pit 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Hey you gotta start somewhere right? Look at me now! Me = 🦈 Lol I’m also the only female deadlifting with a barbell but I think that is going to change. 5 months ago only 1 person was deadlifting. Now I see a couple of people deadlifting every gym session. It’s a beautiful thing 😍😍😍 Also my post workout meal: low carb flatbreads 2 ways and a fried egg 🥰

Thanks guys 🥰🥰 I do feel pretty proud of how far I have come. I’ve made some dumb mistakes along the way but I’m working it all out 😁 Getting stronger everyday 💪💪

I bought Joseph’s lavash bread and sprayed it with Pam. Then covered them with cheese and one has sautéed asparagus, bacon bits, pepper and oregano. The other has just cheese pepperoni, garlic, and basil. I made the whole lavash bread thinking I’d be hungry with only half but it was really filling and took me a while to finish it.

I follow a couple of female lifters on Insta and Ginger_lifter posts live pans of the gym with a dozen females all doing compound movements 😍 It’s awesome! I’d love to see that at my gym! Not very likely at Youfit tho 😒
