Spent three weeks away, river cruise, ate well, didn't overdo things, but of the 14 days on the boat, ate more than normal, desserts three nights. I'd got down to 56.6 before leaving. So have added nearly 3kg. Portions were not big, but found with dinner at 7pm, about 4pm I ate things I normally would not, biscuit and coffee. No healthy options unfortunately. Now the hard bit starts. Losing what I put on.

Easy to put on weight fast on a cruise, different food and more salt and sugar than we would cook with. I have a 54 day cruise coming up. Not sure how to cope that long without surrendering to the impulse to 'try everything'.
