Thank you Melissa & Pooh! I was hesitant to post based on the bouncy house of Sept & October but I thought maybe this would send out the 'secret' or laws of attraction or something. Oh well. For today, I smile.

HCB - I'd like to think I am doing this .. I have to admit - my body & weight has a mind of it's own. Which falls in line w/what the optometrist said the other day. "Nothing on you is following the rules". She actually said that because I wanted my 'near' vision increased - she said it would affect the far vision. It didn't. Both improved. She was baffled. So was I. So am I this morning. Baffled & rambling. Moving on now.

For me - I've read & listened but proceeded much more carefully than I have in the past. FS wasn't around for most of my life so I followed infomercials and tried the magic bullets. Was it Dolly Parton who had the cabbage soup diet? Ahh.. good times. (NOT).

Thanks Rosio. I often feel like that turtle trying to climb up to my ultimate goals. I'll get there but I do slide a bit. @Fox - this isn't my final goal but I'm happy with these results today.
