🤗🤗🤗 It’s really nice seeing the scale go down multiple times in a row after watching it creep up for 6 months. I’m not allowing myself to eat chocolate, candy, cakes or fast food. My friend at work started a little 1 week challenge before thanksgiving. She broke down and had a brownie last night but I’m going strong! 💪 I was craving sweets soooo bad last night after the gym too. I had to make myself stay in my room or I would have ended up eating extra food even though I was pretty full after dinner. I cut back on calories last week but over ate during the weekend. I’m averaging about 1400 calories.
