Exactly what I did this morning. No equipment but I tell ya, if you do the right stuff, it can burn. I refuse to give up after making this much progress, so body weight it is for many workouts now. It’s all I can do, at least I’m doing something, other times with tennis elbow, I’d do nothing. Well...that was the old me. That person is gone now. 😊

This is my third bout of tennis elbow btw. First two bouts were my right arm, makes sense with being right handed 😜 and the type of work I do. But I’m puzzled, this time it’s my left. I’m thinking I overdid something when I increased weights. Idk, possibly. What I do know is it sucks! 😒 Recovery takes sooooo long the other times, had to resolve to a cortisone injection and therapy. This time I chose therapy right away to nip it quick, I hope! Shall see!!

Dp! Great suggestion. I have two different ones, neither has helped. 😞 It’s terrible. Even minutes ago I lifted a small water pitcher clearing up from supper, and forgetting, I used my left hand and squealed as I lifted...ouch!! It really hurts. I’m getting frustrated. 😣

Thanks Steven. Idk, Chris. I forgot all about it. I don't think it lasted long. He says "it went away on its own". He didn't stop lifting but didn't think it was full blown tennis elbow. Ok. Going to bed.
