Since Christmas and eating less and sensibly I am putting on weight by the day. It doesn’t make sense. Two years ago I was hospitalised for six weeks because I was living on salads and fruit and veg. It solidified in my intestines until I was literally full up. If I took a sip of water it had nowhere to go and it came back up. Dr said it was severe diviticulitis which turned to sepsis. He told me not to diet but to eat sensibly. I’m trying to now but with my intestines not right, nothing is working and I gained three stone. Any advice would be welcome.

Hi Cathdavid thanks for your support FS is a great place to be people on here are full of support for everyone I’m up,down weight on and off ,Ill health but the support is always there Day in day out keep your chin up and look forward progress can be slow but your get there wishing you all the best hope you reach your goal as do I mine slowly,slowly catch a monkey as the saying goes 🤗
