I inadvertently had a fast overnight. Had drama with someone and wasn't hungry so didn't eat after maybe 4pm. Woke up this morning weighing 57.4kg. Decided to continue the fast and ate small meal at 11.45.

Interested to see what happens tomorrow. But I'd prefer to be heavier and lose the drama.

It's a healthy human thing to intermittently fast during times of stress. It's part of the "fight or flight" mechanism that enables us to face difficult without needing to stop and digest food. Just make sure you take fluids. Lots of diets now include the intermittent fast component cause it mimics what our ancestors needed to do.

I'm the same, when I'm really upset I don't get hungry... Maybe I need to be upset more often hahaha!
