I'm doing literally everything and I can't seem to get below 80kg. I'm just so frustrated.
80,4 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 1,8 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 8,2 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

Don't let the numbers on the scale get you down. People expect weight loss to be a downward line but heck no, it's a roller-coaster of ups and downs! 😂 You're probably in 'the suck' (as in, this really sucks) phase which seems to hit everyone around month 2... Stick with it, in another 1 month to 1.5 months time you should start to see results. We didn't get heavy over night and we sure aren't going to suddenly loose overnight either 😁 You got this 👏👏👏

Eat a small bar of chocolate like a Kinder. It will help trick your body and reset the weight loss. Our bodies have a safety mechanism to preserve fat when they sense starvation. This way people have survived long periods when food was scarce.

Drink as much water as you can.. Litres of the stuff! This will stop you storing excess water, oddly enough 😊

I'm with paulyd999 on this. I didn't believe it but then I tried it and lost weight!

Drink more water and green tea. Also I was before in protein diet and I cannot loss my weight. I read lil bit. And I discovered then if some woman have hormonal problems can't loss weight if they eat lots meat because meat should be full organic. Diet should be more vagetebols and fruit. So I did. And it's really work! So there is something in this. Dont give up my love!

For me a balanced diet with portion control has worked well. Reduced my carbs from bread, potatoes and pasta, drink more green mint tea etc. I eat lots of fruit and fresh veg and don't have crisps or chocolates etc. A few almonds or pistachio nuts are better for snacking. I still have wine, gin etc too as I believe a diet shouldn't be too boring or it's hard to stick to. I've weighed in this morning and lost weight for the 16th consecutive week, so I guess I've found what works for me. This app has been so helpful keeping track of calories and some great recipe ideas here too. Keep going and you will see results 🙂
