Dinner at my mother in law's house today will take the place of the Chinese I planned for the 15th. :( It's been two weeks today since the last time I wasn't in a deficit- which is what I am shooting for- calories above average no more than 2x a month. Maybe I can have it the 26th.

That’s such a good plan. I’m heading away for a week next Sunday and I’m taking my inspiration from you to stick with it while gone. I think you’ll see that payoff soon- if not in weight then in inches!
