Okay I'm totally eating my new favorite breakfast again today.😋 I thought for sure I would've gained by eating it but apparently not.😅 Hmmm...it was high calorie low carb, maybe that's why.🤔 Carbs usually bloat me! Cheers to an awesome start to the day.🥂😎

Thanks Candy 😊💕 I usually workout an hour or more a day. I love working out it makes me happy. 😁 I do need to introduce some cardio back into my routine soon though. Yep, slow and steady as I always say. 🐢 Have a great weekend 🌞

Cutey, look up FODmaps if you have not already. I bloat because of FODmaps. Eliminating most of them has cut down on bloating big time.
