Haven't weighed myself properly for over a month ,Haven't been into Boots to use their scales which I trust to be accurate. Being using home scales which tell me my weight is going down! They have told me i have lost 5kg in the last month so based on that i have estimated as best i can! Will post an accurate reading when I go back into Boots

The construction of the home portable sauna is almost over had to rearrange the furniture to find a place to put it, the exercise nearly killed me which shows how fat and unfit i am will post a picture later in the week although it don't look much!

Thank you for the nice comments the real test will come when lockdown finishes. Pubs will be open! Must only go in them when I am dancing the weekend away( the sight of a Walrus will get the ladies running,running to the door?) burning of the calories? I am sure I was a fiction writer in a previous life.
