well good thing my plan is working! The loss was probably fluid and getting my body back to 'normal' (Ha like I'm 'normal'). Actually at weigh-in this morning the IT box showed 152.8 But I've decided (at least for today, maybe tomorrow we will see) to put the weight in as a whole number and stop doing the decimal, just makes it easier and more realistic I feel.
I'm on the "JMA ALL" diet plan, which is as noted yesterday (I think) but I'll put it here also, just to remind myself TODAY to stay with the plan!
I didn't follow my 'new' guidelines I specified yesterday, didn't just have the veggie broth or measure everything and put everything down. BUT thats ok, I stayed with only the foods listed and I feel good about it. So as a reminder to 'self', the JMA ALL plan;
"eat all you want whenever you want" So the foods are; lettuce, scallions, cucumbers, green peppers, celery, cantaloupe, strawberries, lemon juice, diet drinks, tea, cod/sole/flounder/haddock, veggie broth, vinegar, LC gelatin, pickles, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, herbs & spices.
I did hear from a couple people I know that are or have been on the Nutrisystem plan and as it does sound like it works and was good for them, I think it is not in my budget now and I really need to tackle this myself and get control. They did give me some other good pointers on snacks and things that I will try after I get down to at least within 5# of my goal. I really need to get down there and stay there!
