well I have that I "followed" my diet/woe "poorly" lately and that is an understatement BUT today that changes. I'm going on an old stand by 4 day diet that I've had for a while and seemed to get me back in the swing of things when I was younger so hopefully it will work again at this stage of my life! I have it saved in my fav meals so I'll post it on the food/eating page. Anything will be better than I've been the past couple of weeks. I did go to my BFF house yesterday and went way off but could have been worse, last night (Super bowl party of 3). Not that I'm much of a super bowl fan but did enjoy the evening. Yes I ate too much of the 'wrong' stuff but I think I got it out of my system. At least I resisted the alcohol. HA, but didn't resist it the day before, BUT that is in my past and lets just leave it there and move on! When I refused to bring home left over goodies saying I'm going on my diet 4 day plan starting today, my BFF seemed sad and said something to the effect, "no you can't do that, wait until I leave", she goes back up north Wed and will be back in the spring/summer time. BUT I really need to stay with my plan starting today. My kids & grands will be here this weekend for the holiday and I know they will be eating things not in my plan, however they all eat well and I think I won't have an issue staying within some guidelines. So wish me luck and strength within the few weeks coming up. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
