ok day 1 of 4 on my plan done, now onto day 2 :-) Good there was a drop shown on the IT scale. That helps keep me motivated. Yesterday had it share of challenges BUT I got through it 100% My BFF was helpful in supporting my decision, I knew I was going to spend most of the day with her, so I made and packed my lunch & dinner and was very happy to have it. She also was respectful of my determination to stick with it and I saw her eat some foods she had in the frig (normally we would go out to eat) and she ate wisely. Now there was temptation when we went shopping and stopped at a place that had a treat she likes which she did pick up and eat a few of those BUT it was not something I liked so I didn't mind at all. OK, today will have its share of temptations BUT I have the food on my plan in the frig and ready to go & eat. I'm going to list it now so I have my B/L&D listed early. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
