Today's weight actually lowest in months @ 151.8 lb and a bit inexpected given the noodles & salt in past several days. Last time I was this weight was 7/22/2020. I do feel leaner but a bit more tired. Metabolism seems to be humming along. Downtrend intact. Maintainence 👍🙂
