Expected. Not happy, but expected. So it seems (though too early to prove), that under 10 net carbs = hypoglycemia (under 4.0 sugars) over 17 net carbs = normal (between 4-4.5 sugars) BUT weight gain
Hmm... will have to see if I can keep carbs around 15-16 this week. Neither option (weight loss + hypoglycemia) or (weight gain) is very appealing.
This reminds me of my eyesight. When my prescription glasses are just slightly off, I get horrible dizzies and headaches. My body is SOOOOO freaking sensitive. UGH. Probably how I was able to tell I was pregnant even before any of the tests could (or when I have strep, or kidney stones, or... LOL Really freaks my doctor out)

Well several days in, and it seems sad but true. The higher my carbs, the higher my blood sugars. I've been above 4.2 since Saturday. I'm fighting the weight though at this level of carbs. 🤬

@lchfjo: I have quite a few food sensitivities and intolerances. I had agoraphobia from adolescence to early 20s esp if I couldn't map my commute around toilet availability. (Oh my there was 1 morning in particular that was bad. The only spot on my commute where there wasn't a porcelain god. Yes, thanks Murphy you lawful dick. It was early but I spotted a little convenience store a block up. Somehow made it there, super clenched. Teeth grinding. Sweating.... only to be told the toilet is just for staff. The fellow wasn't going to budge & had no sympathy. By then I spotted an open bank, who graciously allowed me to use theirs.) A few years ago, I happened across a book called The Plan https://lyngenet.com/. It's bright yellow, can't miss it. Lyn the naturopath discusses how inflammation can show up in various ways, and the impacts. She goes through a food detox and then a gradual intro of food through testing. This book change my mindset. I also just noticed that she has new books out.

Cool V, I'll have a look at that. Something's obviously going on with my system, as my bloods came back high triglycerides again. *sigh*
