I am looking on the positive side the scales said my body fat is decreasing. I am not to sure how scales measure body fat?

Fat going down is the main thing. However if you think your diet is not working, start a new one.
😊

I would get resistance bands to start with. They are cheap and versatile!
There are different resistances and they can go with you everywhere. Can even attach to a tree and do so many things

You’ve lost a battle not a war 💪 Seriously , it’s so disheartening I know . I’ve been at work with well meaning people trying to badger me into eating chocolate & cake in the staff room today ! It’s great to have people on here that are on the same journey .

I have a couple of dumbells which I use for biceps curls but my main concern is my beer belly! We have a sports direct in Worthing which I can visit to test them out(kettlebell)

Anne I've been doing a lot of walking lately so I hope muscles have built on my legs? Next step upper body , twenty minute workout for me in the morning! That might kill me!

Yes, could be. Keep at it.

Stop in the middle of the journey won’t make you lose the beer belly fat you mentioned. Keep going!
It all starts in the kitchen.
