Another Monday, and my weight is the same. This reflects a 4 day vacation trip that did involve a little ice cream, etc. and the time to get back on track. So, here we go - no distractions this week! Except that the heat index is over 100 degrees, and my morning gardening activity was limited to two sluggish hours.
