morning merry Mel, do u think we should try and be less strict with ourselves?? like u I do so well n don't seem to lose, then I think worked so hard all week n stuff my face in disappointment, think being older doesn't help. I certainly couldn't go for 10k run like some of the guys on here. Ur at a good weight don't worry so much xx

ur not daft, n I apologise for my comment about ur weight been fine, I work with some ladies that are larger than me n they don't understand why I'm not happy I'm 11.5st 5ft5 but it's about how we feel in ourselves not others I'd love to be Ur weight I'm not, n i will keep trying, I love my food my food loves me and clings on tight 🤣🤣, but if we didn't all love our food too much we wouldn't of met some beautiful people on here xx

I’m sure it’s the other way round! Being older makes us get fatter!! Ladies especially. Menopause changes your metabolism I’m sure. You work your socks off, so you’re using up lots of energy. So you NEED to eat!! Also, I have a theory that having a little extra on you stretches out your wrinkles!
