As planned, did a 16/8 fast and then an 890 calorie treadmill workout. Was rewarded with a terrific 210.8 lb. weigh in. The indulgence of Thursday followed by low cals on Friday plus the 16/8 added up to a nice whoosh and drop. I was up four times last night to pass the excess water my body was flushing. Very cool.
