Stepped on the scale and got the exact same figure twice, so I am posting it! Kind of surprised. Yesterday wasn't the greatest day following my WOE. Went to "town" to the supermarket (it's the biggest town near me, big enough for a McDonald's!) to get some fresh produce and other items. This grocery store sends me coupons for things I buy, so I usually use every one of them. Unfortunately one of the coupons was for Haagendaz ice cream bars and I ate 2 of them. Shouldn't have bought them but I can't resist coupons! I also got tacos and a coke for lunch. I can usually work 2 tacos into my allowable calories and I couldn't resist the coke. I did resist getting a large coke which was 100 calories more than the regular size. And I didn't buy Coke or Pepsi at the grocery store. Today I hope to make chicken and vegetable soup - the only soup I make that I actually like. And other than the ice cream I didn't buy anything that will derail my diet. And there are only 3 ice cream bars, I didn't buy the box with 6. I expect that tomorrow the scale won't be so friendly because of how I ate yesterday
