I am up again. Eating out with the girls doesn't help. But the food was yummy 😋 but doesn't help the tummy!!!🙄🤔🤣😂. Still can't have it both ways. Have a good Remembrance Sunday. WE SHALL NEVER FORGET THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN ALL WARS. AND VERY SADLY PEOPLE WHO ARE STUPIDLY STILL FIGHTING. IF READING THIS IN A WAR STOP, STOP NOW!!!!!!. ✋. WHAT IS IN YOUR MINDS TO KILL? THIS WORLD SHOULD BE A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE IN WE ALL HAVE CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN. SO FOR THEM ✋. Merry Mel 🤩.
