Weigh yourself once every two weeks, same day, same time. (I don’t stick to this either but if you’re losing weight consistently at these biweekly weigh-ins you’re on the right track. One or two bad days won’t derail you and you have two weeks to get it mostly right. Lesson I learned from an old friend who lost 100kgs).
