Ate a bunch yesterday. Started off fine but from 4 p.m. on- I just didn't feel full- actually felt hungry like my mouth and stomach were detached. still need to add on a pb&j and milk. Didn't walk enough and didn't go to the gym. Overall it was a nice evening of screwing around. I watched my ghost story shows, which my family makes fun of, played with the dog and ate. Today is prayer and reading, then walking Jack, all cleaning- tons of laundry to put away and the kitchen looks like we had a party. Likely will not make it to the gym because we have to go school shopping and have a wedding in a few weeks. Any wedding means new clothes and it irritates me because it will never be worn again. Thankful for all the hubby's hard work and OT because two in high school= 2 homecoming dresses. Between that, the wedding, the regular school clothes shopping, registration and parking permits... I don't know how other people do it. Will try to keep my calories in check. Shopping always involves lunch so I have to pick a place where I have an idea of calories. Better get at it.
