Enjoy your E and C. Every one needs some time to unwind. My thing is art. My mother in law was born and raised in grimsby, on the North Sea. My husband and I have visited your lovely country. Hope to visit and see his family again soon.  

So nice to meet you Merry Mel. I’m Carol, just turned 63, retired hospital nurse. At my heaviest I was 148lbs. Gained due to menopause and stressful job. I’ve always been active, but it wasn’t enough to keep the weight from creeping up, so joined FS 5 years ago. It’s been a slow process, especially the last 10lbs( I’m 5ft 2 in) My husbands family lives in York, Nottingham and cleavesthorpe(sp?) his mother immigrated to the US after the war. She married a yank from Pennsylvania. She had a long and happy marriage, but she grieved leaving England. I am from Massachusetts but now live in Tennessee w my husband . We have 2 children and 6 granddaughters. Best wishes on your health journey. You will beat those last 7 lbs, just keep at it!
