Lazy out if control weekend hit the bum dearly :/
well, back on the path again - sauna with swimming should work to get back to pleasing numbers.
just wander - am I the only tired after work for any sort of activities or it is average? people, where are you getting that energy from? :(

met in the sportsclub woman in her best 55's, and I swear to God - her body was tuned and smooth as a 25 years old, she must be a vampire 🧐
apparently vegetarian and lifetime working out 4 times a week + sauna was her secret. for the best I missed biggest part of lifetime to apply such a change, so just thinking - what would be the best possible shape I can get if implement same regimen? though there is no way I'm giving up my fav steak now and than!

fell to sleep in caldarium, too tired after work. :(
