Super wise words! Mindset is literally everything. Of course it's important to push yourself and be disciplined—but the biggest lie in the world of fitness is that you aren't supposed to like it. If you don't love what you're doing, you're doing it wrong. :)

Thank you for your comment - I had been avoiding facing the reality and even just go into the scale not to feel disappointed.. but just needed to do it, to remind myself I’m still on the path, I’m still playing the game and I’m losing but enjoying it 😅 - but April is coming new and habits can change and time can help little by little take away that extra kilo 😂😂😊💪
